Para el #beersaturday de esta semana os muestro, al menos para mí, uno de los descubrimientos del año. Se trata de la cervecera americana Beer Tree Brew. No la conocía y no había probado nada suyo hasta la fecha. Pero la verdad es que me ha encantado. Y es que en Estados Unidos se hace muy buena cerveza y hay mucho nivel y muchísimas cerveceras artesanas. Habrá que seguir de cerca a estos chicos de New York y os recomiendo probar sus cervezas si tenéis oportunidad.

Una IPA muy moderna, con el añadido de avena y lactosa que le aportan además del color turbio característico, mucha cremosidad y densidad. Realmente sabrosa y fácil de beber. Muy frutal en boca y aroma, pero no pierde de vista el toque amargo a lúpulo fresco que combina a la perfección.
Una verdadera delicia.
For this week's #beersaturday I show you, at least for me, one of the discoveries of the year. This is the American brewery Beer Tree Brew. I didn't know her and I hadn't tried anything of hers to date. But the truth is that I loved it. And in the United States they make very good beer and there is a high level and many craft breweries. A very modern IPA, with the addition of oats and lactose that give it, in addition to the characteristic cloudy color, a lot of creaminess and density. Really tasty and easy to drink. Very fruity on the palate and aroma, but it does not lose sight of the bitter touch of fresh hops that combines perfectly.
A true delight.
