Throughout the ages, the world has changed with technology. What was once considered impossible, like flight, is now commonplace; diseases that were once deadly are now controlled and more easily curable; what was once transported by animals can now be transported more easily and with much more cargo in cars, and so on.

In recent years, these changes seem to be happening faster, as we can connect more easily through the internet, knowledge transcends borders, and interaction between scientists allows them to see each other's contributions and thus advance knowledge more quickly.

Thus, in recent years, the technological revolution, where computers, robotics, and the recent explosion of artificial intelligence are here to stay, has accelerated changes in the world, with both benefits and dangers.

The benefits are that AI allows for faster calculations and research, facilitating discoveries and tests that previously took years to complete in hours or minutes. However, a human must always verify the results because, like all technology, it is prone to errors, especially since it is still under development.

The dangers are that companies will be tempted to completely or partially replace jobs, which has already occurred in some industries. However, many have had to reverse course and rehire staff because they have realized that human supervision is always necessary.

The photo shows a representation of how a contactor should be—a connection between the technology and the human being—and that the human being is the foundation of the technology. Thus, even though it's the hand that represents the technology in shadow, it's the human being who drives its development. Furthermore, if companies intend to be sustainable over time, leaving people unemployed for the sake of such high productivity is illogical because people are the ones who will buy those products. But if you don't provide them with jobs and fair wages, they won't have the money to pay for those products. There's no point in producing, for example, 1,000 units daily if there aren't a thousand buyers with the money to pay for them, and they will only have that money if they have jobs.

A lo largo de las eras, el mundo a cambiado con la tecnología, lo que antes se consideraba imposible como el vuelo hoy es algo común, enfermedades que antes eran mortales hoy se han controlado y son mas fácilmente curables, lo que antes se transportaba con animales, hoy se puede transportar mas fácil y con mucho mas carga en carros, y así muchas cosas mas.

En los últimos años, esos cambios parecen mas rápidos, al poder conectarnos mas fácilmente a través de internet, el conocimiento transciende las fronteras y la interacción entre los científicos que pueden ver los aportes y así poder avanzar mas rápido en el conocimiento.

Es así que en estos últimos años la rebolucion de la tecnología, donde las computadoras, la robótica y la explosión reciente de la inteligencia esta aquí para quedarse, a acelerado los cambios en el mundo, con sus beneficios y peligros.

Los beneficios es que la IA permite hacer cálculos e investigaciones de mas rápida, lo que a facilitado en hacer mas descubrimientos y pruebas que antes llevarían años a unas horas o minutos, aunque siempre debe haber un ser humano que certifique los resultados, por que, como toda tecnología, es propensa a equivocarse, mas aun por que esta en desarrollo.

Los peligros es que las empresas estarán tentadas en sustitución completa o parcial de puestos de trabajo, lo que ya se a producido en algunas industrias, sin embargo muchas han tenido que dar marcha atrás y volver a contratar personal, por que se han dado cuenta que siempre debe haber un ser humano supervisando.

En la foto se ve una representación de como se debe tener un contactor un contacto entre esta y el ser humano y que el ser humano es el sostén de la tecnología, así aun cuando en la sombra se ve es la mano que representa la tecnología, es el hombre que hace su desarrollo.

Además si las empresas pretenden tener sustentabilidad en el tiempo, dejar sin empleo a las personas por la tan ansiada productividad es ilógico por que las personas son las que te compraran esos productos, pero si no les das empleo y les das un pago justo, no tendrán el dinero para pagar esos productos. Nada hacen en producir por ejemplo 1000 notos diarias si no hay mil compradores con el dinero para eso y solo lo obtendrán si tienen empleo.
