Greetings my friends and all lovers of physical activities all over the world. Welcome to my Actifit Report for Tuesday the 22/7/2025. I hope we are all fine and healthy. This is the second working day of the week for me. It was a great moment for me in the ongoing African Women Nations Cup n Morocco as our darling Super Falcons edged past perennial rivals Banyana Banyana of South Africa (2-1) to advance to the finals. Super Falcons are the ninth times record holders. They are gunning for the tenth title. That's one match away from achieving that feat.
Later in the day host Morocco defeated Ghana black Queens by (4-2) on penalties to also get to the finals. They'll now play the Super Falcons on Saturday while Ghana vs South Africa takes place on Friday for the bronze medal.
At the European scene, England defeated Italy (2-1) to advance to the finals. They await the winner between Germany vs Spain the next day.
