Hi, I am Arveno from Surabaya city. In this content i want to share about today activity. Today is Wednesday, usually i am doing cardio every Wednesday. But, when holiday came i always overslept and it is really lazy to do cardio. Especially recently in my city it always rain in the morning. Thats make me super lazy to do cardio outside my house. Anyway the cardio that i mean is doing morning walk or jogging sometimes.
People in my age is really needed to do cardio exercise to make the heart healthier and also it can reducing all the metabolic disease in the future. Even though it is a must. I am really like everybody else that too comfortable lying around, playing games,watching netflix than wearing shoes and do jogging.
So lately since mostly everyday is rainy day and i dont want to get wet, i just doing exercise at home by doing Weight lifting. But, today i just decided that i still need to do cardio to maintain my stamina and heart (remember that heart is a muscles too that really need to pump).
As usual i am doing morning walk in my neighborhood around my house. I actually love living here because this neighborhood is modern community which is really individual and not too care each other. And mostly my neighbor are employee thats why this area is quiet since they are already working at that time. And since its still rain season, this morning is not too hot. The weather is cloudy too so this is really good for doing morning walk.
After done with one lap and took 45 minutes walking. I am planning goes to my future neighborhood. I want to treat myself with coffee today because i see they hae discount ( nahh actually i am lazy to make coffee at home). So, it need another 5 minutes by walk going to there from my neighborhood.
Soon maybe in around 3 months from now this is the sceenery that i will always see every week when i am doing morning walk. Not too bad right. This place also really good when enjoying afternoon tea. And look in the cross of the mini lake they are developing padel court (this is trending right now in my country).
Since this neighborhood is kinda new maybe this area is delevoped around 2 years this year. Thats why i am buying in this area. Look even many of the shop house are empty and not opening something.
But, in this neighborhood there are 2 coffee shops that really good. Both brand is really famous in my country. There is Titik Koma and the other is Kopi Kenangan. Titik Koma coffe shop is literally for hang out since the outdoor area we can enjoy the lake sceneery and also many college student studying in here. And for Kopi Kenangan i think i know who are their market share target that is employee that going home. Or people like me that not too like sweet taste and want to enjoy coffee better. This coffee shop is really good for the coffee and affordable for employee.
What makes me can analyze that because Kopi Kenangan already open at 6 a.m meanwhile Titik Koma still closed. So, their target market share is for people that need to leaving early to work right?
And all the coffee package always paired with bread or donut or croissant.
And today i spending 3$ for those 2 drinks and 2 donut for my son today and tomorrow snacks.
Then i need go back to my house. My house is behind this developing area. The old neighborhood. This area is really growing fast. They are really fast developing this area. Never stopping developing and building new house. I cant imagine how much they got money from this neighborhood. Including me that already buy 1 house in this area.
