There’s always a reason why someone is the way they are, and in your case – given how young you are – the reason lies far back in time, probably right from your birth, with your mother; perhaps she was angry about something whilst she was pregnant and that was passed on to you. What’s clear is that this anger isn’t yours; it comes from somewhere else, which is why you don’t know why.
