Grounding Myself
Everyday i ground myself physically to help myself mentally.
The reason i do this is to help connect myself with the present moment, with my physical body and the environment around me.
I try to do this at the start of the day to help myself feel more mentally stable and more centered generally throughout the day.
There are a lot of different ways to ground yourself and one i use is simple.
I stand barefoot on the ground, then close my eyes while breathing in and out slowly count the breathing.
I do this for at least 10 -20 minutes but allocate the time you have spare, longer grounding does help but even 5 - 10 minutes will help.
The best amount of time is 30 plus minutes.
An old friend of mine that introduced me to grounding said that it takes at least an hour to be fully charged for the day.
Try it out for awhile see if it helps you the same way it helps me.

It is beautiful here.
I pass this church everyday i don't personally take part in religious activities myself but i respect any spritual walk.
I don't label my path i believe in frequency, energy and nature.
If people want to label it that is on them.
I believe a spiritual walk is a personal journey.
I have a lot of goals on Hive and sometimes the direction or tokens may change, depending on how things develop.
One of main goals here on Hive other than obviously Hive and HBD is the We Are Alive Tribe and the Alive token.
