Sometimes planning can feel like a pointless task especially if things start to go outside the plan from the get go.

That happened to me today i ended up having to see two new customers and i had an appointment go well over what it should which just put everything off course.

Oh well what can we do?

Just carry on and do what we can.

First for me i am catching up and building my Hive activity up.

I completed my @aliveandthriving curations then thought i could fit in a couple of new appointments with customers which should have been fine if the appointment between them went smoothly.

It didn't which messed up my day a bit.

Then i completed the curation for @heartbeatonhive today but much later than i wanted.

A data analysis shows that working 4 days in a week (instead of 5 or 6 days) boosted the health of the employees and improved the work performance!! The work intensity was dealt by boosted mental and physical health!
