Today was one of those days, back-to-back meetings, endless emails, and the sneaky feeling that the office chair was plotting to swallow me whole. But in between the chaos, I racked up 5,000 steps. The secret? Strategic trips between my desk and the coffee machine.
No scenic park views, no sweaty gym sessions, just fluorescent lights and the aroma of roasted beans guiding the way. And yet, it reminded me of something important: fitness doesn’t always have to be epic. Sometimes it’s just about squeezing movement into the cracks of your day.
So yes, today’s “workout” was basically a caffeine relay race, but the steps still count. Progress is progress, even if it tastes like coffee. ☕👟
