✅ SAFEST WAY (Without Lawyer) – Step by Step
1️⃣ Use a Bank-to-Bank Secure Method (NO cash)
For RM750k, safest options:
✔️ Option A – Bank Draft (Most Practical)
Buyer gets a bank draft (banker’s cheque) in your name.
You meet at his bank branch.
Bank confirms the draft is genuine.
You deposit immediately into your account.
⚠️ Do NOT accept:
Personal cheque
Screenshot transfer

Partial payment unless agreed in contract
✔️ Option B – Instant Transfer (FPX / RENTAS)
If same bank or large bank transfer:
Sit inside bank together.
