Country heights apartment Penampang sabah malaysia. I made a petition recently on change.Org to settle this one going problems and I will need to push this issue as high as I can because they have become unfair in how they do their work so list of wrong doing be listed below.

Let's start small rubbish. Not sure why but takes few days sometimes a week before they pick up the trash and this cause the rats and dogs to come to the area. The people don't mind the dogs but most of these dogs are sick and a lot of children in the area so this is a safety concern.
Dead rat.
This is one of the big issues land slides this is the second time happening and cars and parking lots destroyed due to land slide same as few years ago when we had heavy rain. This can be avoided because if it happens the first time. It will happen again there is no safety measures been taken by the management.
This happened recently.
Pot holes it's not even potholes anymore it's becoming a gravel road unbelievable.
This is why I can't stand this place anymore everyone park the same way because there is no parking which I understand but weirdly my father's car is the only car that is clamped I told them the car is broken so I need one or two days to move it. Two days later it's clamped.
The thing is personally I don't care about the car to be honest I don't use it but the thing that made me angry is they charge the clamping charge to my brother's unit it's illegal to do that.
So I'm gonna go all out because wait I'm not done this is not the only problem here let me list more problems.
Next is water we do not have water sometimes for days sometimes for weeks no water so most people had to go to the hotel just to shower how ridiculous in Malaysia we do not have water. It's ongoing problems for more than 10 years.
Due to all this problems and more I can't list all here. I want to ask for transparency what are they doing with our money we give them monthly I need to know the residents needs to know. We cannot live like we are suffering all the time just because management cannot maintain the place.
I guess that's all I'm gonna give a link and hope you guys can sign the petition as well especially if you're Malaysia we need your signature the most.
