##Hey guys!
There is not much to say about yesterday. We were at the gym around midday. It was chest and triceps day for me. I warm up for 10 minutes on the thread mill. After that I had a nice and hard workout for 1, 5h.

I could barely lift my arms after this. I ended with a little uphill walk on the threadmill for 20 minutes.
Back home I cooked some beef with onion in a sticky gravy, cauliflower and mashed potatoes.
Later we had to carry our old couch at the street so it could be picked up today. I looked out of the window this morning and it's already gone.
