
Hey guys!
We had beautiful weather today so I decided to workout in my garden with kettlebells. I did a little routine with jump ropes, 24kg Russian swings and 16kg halos into reverse lunges. A total of five rounds pushed me hard. I sweated a lot and were breathing heavily.
After I came down, I took a cold shower and enjoyed some food. Then I thought I should go outside to digest the food and enjoy the weather. I took some photos along the way.











I took a nap when I came back home and now I'm sitting in my night shift.
