The Good Or The Bad. MCGI TOPIC REVIEW

Why do evil things persist more than the good ones? Is it really true that evil things persist more than good ones? Yes, it is true! We cannot explain why these things happen the way they're happening. There are many things in the world that we cannot explain. We expect that the things that are good should last longer than those ones that are evil. But surprisingly, we see so many evil people at large. Wicked politicians are still having opportunities in government even after all the atrocities which they have committed. Does God really created the world this way?

Does God want evil things to prosper? Does a God who is holy and righteous take pleasure in evil? Does he give credence to corrupt practices? No, absolutely no! God does not encourage what is evil. God does not promote what is evil. He created a good and perfect world. He handed it over to man but man brought all the troubles which we are encountering. There is no evil in God. He is a good God.

God is a merciful God. He does not take pleasure in the death and destruction of a sinner. He wants the sinners to come to repentance. Because God does not want to see the sinner destroyed, he allows him sometime paraventure he will come to repentance. The patience of the Lord is not injustice, he wants the sinful to turn away from his sinful ways.

2 Peter 3:9 (KJV) The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
Romans 2:4 (KJV) Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?
