Stunning walk : My Actifit Report Card: September 22 2025

The sun was shining brightly this morning, and the sky was a brilliant clear blue. Really stunning!

I was out walking on a circular route, taking in Goffs Park where I stopped to enjoy the scenery.

I found it difficult walking into the low sun. Quite blinding but at the same time, wonderful! The park was deserted, except for a couple of people out walking their dogs.

I hope this weather continues for a while longer. But, while not being very warm, the stunning sunshine makes it seem as if it is a lot warmer.

The grass was wet with dew, soaking my shoes, but who cares! I could walk a million miles in these conditions! 😎
