The sunshine is wonderful right now. We are having another good spell of fine weather again this year.....so far! I hope it continues.
After yesterday's cycle ride I took things a bit easier, as I'm suffering from sore legs. Getting fitter comes with some of the downsides. 😑. I am so eager to get out there and enjoy this fine spell. A little soreness is not going to stop me doing what I enjoy, although getting the ballance right is probably the tricky bit! 😆.
So, a little walk, some shopping (like every day), 🤔, a ride twice weekly should do the trick, weather permitting of course.
