Hello Friends
Once a while I want to share something different, and this time please allow me to share one of my happy moments that I have recently.
Last week I visited my workshop and I saw my chickens were getting bigger. Some of them even had reached adult size. So here were my chicken on the cage.

Actually they were roosters lol. I was happy because usually they got killed when they were at 2-3 weeks old. People here usually only cared for the hens, because they laid eggs and that gave more economic value.
Male or roosters usually had no cage or coop. People let them lived freely and ended up as civet, monitor or snake food. I tried to convinced some of them to let small cockerels to grow up in coop, but always failed badly. They always shoved them out when I was not there, then I got back and found them gone.
So yeah, I was very happy to see some adult roosters or cockerels that time. I knew that finally I could have my own grown chicken soup lol. Roosters were better for soup, they gave better taste for the broth.
Maybe young generation feels something wrong with me or older generation, we are happy in growing our livestocks, nurture them from offspring to adult size, then butcher them happily... I try to respect Vegan people, but sorry I could not do that here lol... Those roosters soon would be my chicken soup!!!
Anyway I wonder what @deraaa does nowadays. I recall the last time I talked to her it was about rising her chickens. I know she has retired from HIVE, so I hope she could be happy out there with her chicken. It's a rare sight to see young people happily rise chicken then eat them like me lol.

Thank you for coming and reading my post. I live in Jakarta, Capital City of Indonesia. I used to live by making money online, that's why I like being here, on HIVE, and in #PIMP - (Paper In My Pocket) community. Feel Free to leave any comment below
