Today I decided to make something for myself, and who knows, maybe in the future I'll even be able to sell them. I've always been interested in baking, and since my father @roswelborges bought me an oven, I've been busy learning how to make various sweets, and here's a sample.
I started by gathering everything. For these muffins I used a basic recipe: 1 pound of flour, 1/2 pound of sugar, one teaspoon of baking powder, one small cup of oil, and a pinch of salt.

The first thing I did was mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Then I poured in the cup of oil followed by water and started mixing it a little, resulting in this mixture.

I looked for some molds that a friend gave me and I carefully filled them, making sure not to spill anything on the tray, until I reached 3/4 of the capacity of each one.

Then they were put in the oven at about 180 degrees for around 25 minutes, where they began to grow to make that round hat that characterizes them so much.

They were golden brown on the outside, filling the whole house with a delicious smell that made my mouth water, but I had to wait for them to cool down before I could finally try them.

Finally, after they cooled, I tried one. They were amazing! Golden brown on the outside and fluffy and soft on the inside. The flavor was perfect, not too sweet and not too heavy. Honestly, seeing something I made myself turn out so delicious fills me with pride.

I will definitely buy from them again in the future, or you could recommend something else to expand my repertoire, and who knows… maybe I'll put them up for sale soon.
