Christmas war in entertainment.

If you watch even a little of the news, whether on television or online, it's impossible that you haven't come across a very particular financial war: the Netflix and Paramount takeover bids for Warner Bros. At first glance, this shouldn't be big news, since takeovers between companies happen many times a year in every country, and although this one is large, it's not exactly exceptional. So what makes it so special that it's become a major issue?

The answer is quite simple: the entertainment industry. An industry that makes money by entertaining us, and of course, its financial troubles can also be exploited. I have no doubt that in a few years we'll see a movie about this takeover battle. Of course, the stakeholders, such as screenwriters, actors, and directors, have had their say. I've even heard that it endangers democracy. I can't stop laughing. Netflix didn't even exist when I was born.

I think many of those artists have forgotten that in the oldest democracy in the world there were slaves and women could not vote.
