🌺 ¡Hola! ¡Hola! 🌺
En este modo "Navidad activo", donde las cosas que no se pudieron lograr, las dejamos para el 2026, me uno a la propuesta de la amiga @damarysvibra en Evaluar para avanzar que se plantea en la comunidad.
In this 'Active Christmas' mode, where the things we couldn’t achieve are left for 2026, I join the proposal of my friend @damarysvibra in [Evaluar para avanzar] outlined in the community. I am not an entrepreneur, at least not officially, because even though I also independently produce knowledge here on #Hive and receive some form of financial compensation, I don’t see it as an investment or growth in other projects; however, I work in an institution where this year I have been involved in entrepreneurial movements, which is why I dare to write these lines for you.

In my program, there is an induction called 'Baker's Productive Profile,' where they follow a curriculum dedicated to the various doughs to prepare one of the most popular dishes in the world. Reflecting on that 2025 assessment, the participants' stories repeat themselves in our program: people looking for an income to be able to survive in this overwhelming economy we are experiencing.
However, I have noticed that their initial idea evolves as they progress in their preparation. While it is true that the main driving force is the economy, many form alliances, their desire to keep learning grows, they share their experiences with other groups and with family, and they use that knowledge not only in financial aspects but also in human ones. In a commune in my city, they gathered because they noticed that most of the people were older adults (mostly retired), but still with energy, interest, and enthusiasm to continue learning in their 'golden years.' Therefore, they sought training from the institution to teach them a trade that could be useful for financial benefits, creativity, versatility, and adaptation to the new forms of business organization being implemented in the country.
A few days ago, they presented their graduation in bakery. It is assumed that they are already trained in the different units and they must hold their fairs to showcase the products they have made. I was invited as an honorary guest because I gave them some public speaking classes so they could express themselves in public in a genuine and eloquent way. The Inces authorities were also at this fair, and here I show you some of the products that these new entrepreneurs made:

I think that at this point, we continue moving forward. Over the year, we help, motivate, teach, and above all, speak to dozens of people with objectivity and discernment; entrepreneurship is not for everyone, and we are not talking about skills or abilities, we are talking about comprehensive training, sacrifices, removing biases and paradigms that accompany thought, or worse, believing in 'overnight financial freedom.' I think this is where one of the greatest weaknesses lies, and what they should focus on is exactly what our friend Damarys mentions in her writing: reorganizing and objectively seeing what works and what doesn't, because from there one can start to envision and give a (re) boost to what one wants to achieve with entrepreneurship.

In my speech, I focused on making sure they didn’t just take away what they saw there; every day new techniques, presentation styles, and flavor combinations emerge, and they need to learn them. Moreover, entrepreneurship isn’t just about money—we talk about emotions, finances, laws, social media, projection, and all of that is what will help form true entrepreneurs who endure over time and grow their businesses. So to conclude, I think we are making great progress in terms of entrepreneurship through teaching a trade, so that it can be used in their family and community economy. What awaits us in 2026? We are focused on expanding the materials, updating strategies, and continuing to reach those who need it.
