Thursday Diary! | A Heart Attack Patient in the chamber! | Alive and Thriving on November 13, 2025 | Passive Income from BEE delegation!

in We Are Alive Tribe7 days ago

An above-40 expatriate male visited me during the evening shift. He was suffering from acute chest pain for the last 5-6 hours. He sweated profusely at the onset of the pain. He didn't vomit, and he didn't complain of any radiation of the pain. He was a smoker. He used to take hypertension and blood sugar medicine before. He had stopped all the medicines on his own! Two days earlier, he had a similar episode of pain with blackening of his eyes. The pain subsided, and he didn't visit a doctor!

I ordered an urgent ECG, and it revealed the features of an acute inferior myocardial infarction (heart attack). We immediately arranged everything to escort him to the higher center (I talked with an emergency department personnel over the phone, informing him about the case. We also gave the patients loading doses of life-saving medicines according to the protocol. We put a cannula. The only protocol we couldn't follow was escorting him via an ambulance!)

It was another busy Thursday. Besides the above-mentioned patient, I consulted 44 more patients in my chamber. Hence, it was quite a busy last workday of the week for me. In the visa medical center, I examined some people who came for the fitness tests.

On Thursday morning, I was able to walk on the treadmill for 15 minutes. After 9 pm, we made a quick trip to the Lulu hypermarket. We also visited a pizza shop and purchased a medium-sized pizza. It was delicious.

I was able to make 12,364 steps on Thursday!

For delegating BEE tokens, the native token of the hive-engine, to the bee.voter account, we can earn HIVE weekly. A nice way to earn some passive income!

This Friday, for delegating 1158 $BEE tokens to the above-mentioned account, I received 2.523 $HIVE.

Passive income is fun!

Thanking you

I pray the man having the heart attack will be alright. Do you ever hear how your patients are doing after they go to the hospital?
!ALIVE
!LOL

From some patients, not every! Some of them come for regular follow up here!

Due to high cost there, many expatriates, even though survive, suffer great financial loss!!

It is a shame that money keeps a lot of people from seeing doctors. It is like that here.

Under normal circumstances, the expatriate patient would never go to government hospital due to high cost. They only go when it's matter of life and death!

Never scream into a colander
You'll strain your voice.
