I was told that it is not about seeing a nice house, a luxury car and the good life; it is the purpose for these things that matters. Do you want the luxury car because you want it to be the talk of the town, or do you want the house because you want it to be the biggest edifice that your family, neighbours, or people will talk about?
Money is an object, and it is very important to have a lot of it amongst other objects, but the question that matters the most is why you want it. The reason why you need an object is the purpose for which you push to get those objects. If you need to grow in finance, you need to start developing the skills and meeting the requirements to get it. Talking about money, you can have a lot of money and still not be valuable; it is your attitude and what you become that makes you valuable. What do you want to become, because that is what will make you valuable?
One thing you need to understand is that there will be doubters in your journey to getting what you want, trust me. This is because people will obviously doubt you. Before I started my business after school, I was very enthusiastic, but many people doubted me, even among my closest people. One thing you need to learn about doubters and why they do this is that they do not believe in themselves as well. When someone doesn't believe they can achieve something, they assume one can't achieve it as well.
Another reason is that they are scared, or they have an idea they haven't been able to go through with. The majority of the time, the fear is the problem, and when they say you cannot do it, they are not saying it out of hate but out of concern. Most times, doubters do not come at you from a bad angle, but their messages aren't something good to deal with.
