Greetings dear friends of Amazing Drinks. Después de mucho tiempo paso por aquí para dejarles la receta de un jugo que nos llenará de mucha energía. It turns out that a couple of weeks ago I felt a little tired, I woke up in the mornings without energy, I told a coworker and he recommended a special juice to end that fatigue, it is to combine some vegetables and a fruit.

We only need beet, carrot, cucumber, a stalk of celery and lemon. This juice is drunk on an empty stomach, after half an hour of drinking it we can have breakfast. In addition to energy, this drink provides us with beta-carotene from the carrot and beet, so we will have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and cardio-protective properties, lots of vitamin C from the lemon and diuretic properties thanks to the celery and cucumber.

- 1 small carrot

- ½ small beet

- 1 medium cucumber

- 1 stalk celery

- 1 Lemon

Preparation

1.-. Wash the celery stalk well and cut it into small pieces, then wash the carrot, remove the skin and cut it into small pieces.

2.- Wash the cucumber, remove the seeds and cut it into small pieces, then cut the lemon in half, previously washed. We also wash the beet, remove the skin and cut it into pieces, remembering that we will only use half of it.

3.- Place all the ingredients in the blender, extract the lemon juice, pour the water and blend for 20 seconds.

Saludos estimados amigos de Amazing Drinks. Después de mucho tiempo paso por aquí para dejarles la receta de un jugo que nos llenará de mucha energía. Resulta que hace un par de semanas me sentía algo cansada, me despertaba en las mañanas sin energías, se lo comenté a un compañero de trabajo y él me recomendó un jugo especial para acabar con esa fatiga, se trata de combinar algunos vegetales y una fruta.

Solo necesitamos betabel, zanahoria, pepino, un tallo de apio y limón. Este jugo se toma en ayunas, después de media hora de haberlo tomado podremos desayunar. Esta bebida además de energía nos aporta betacarotenos por la zanahoria y el betabel, así que tendremos propiedades antioxidantes, antiinflamatorias y cardio protectoras, mucha vitamina C por el limón y propiedades diuréticas gracias al apio y al pepino.

Ingredientes

- 1 zanahoria pequeña

- ½ betabel pequeño

- 1 Pepino mediano

- 1 tallo de apio

- 1 Limón

- Agua, la medida de un vaso

Preparación

1.-. Lavamos bien el tallo de apio y lo cortamos en trozos pequeños, luego, lavamos la zanahoria, le retiramos la piel y la cortamos en trocitos.

2.- Lavamos el pepino, le extraemos las semillas y lo cortamos en trocitos, después cortamos el limón a la mitad, previamente lavado. También lavamos el betabel, le retiramos la piel y lo cortamos en trozos, recordando que solo usaremos la mitad.

3.- Colocamos todos los ingredientes en la licuadora, extraemos el jugo del limón, vertemos el agua y licuamos por espacio de 20 segundos.
