Greetings dear friends of Amazing Drinks. After several days of absence I return to Hive and Amazing Drinks with a drink that is part of the repertoire and legacy that my father left me, a juice that combines strawberry, apple and the citric touch of lemon. I like that there are strawberries and lemon in this drink, this brings out the sweet and smooth taste of the red apple. This drink is high in vitamin C, as well as vitamin B, folic acid and minerals such as potassium and phosphorus thanks to the red apple. This drink is especially good for cardiovascular health because it reduces cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood, improves sleep and prevents flu.

This juice, besides being incredible for its properties, is very simple to prepare, you only need three ingredients and water, so in just a few moments you will have it ready to drink.

Ingredients

- 4 Strawberries

- 1 Lemon

- ½ Manzana roja

Preparation

1.-. Wash the strawberries well, remove the stems and disinfect them for 10 minutes in water with a tablespoon of white vinegar.

2.- Once the time has elapsed, wash the strawberries, cut them into pieces and pour them into the blender.

3.- Wash half of the apple, cut it into small pieces and place them in the blender.

Saludos estimados amigos de Amazing Drinks. Después de varios días de ausencia regreso a Hive y Amazing Drinks con una bebida que forma parte del repertorio y legado que me dejó mi padre, un jugo que combina fresa, manzana y el toque cítrico del limón. Me gusta que en esta bebida haya fresas y limón, esto resalta el sabor dulce y suave de la manzana roja. Esta bebida posee un alto contenido de vitamina C, además de vitamina B, ácido fólico y minerales como el potasio y fosforo gracias a la manzana roja. Esta bebida es especial para la salud cardiovascular porque reduce los niveles de colesterol y triglicéridos en la sangre, mejora el sueño y previene la gripe.

Este jugo además de ser increíble por sus propiedades, es muy sencillo de preparar, solo necesitas tres ingredientes y agua, así que en apenas unos instantes lo tendrás listo para tomar.

Ingredientes

- 4 Fresas

- 1 Limón

- ½ Manzana roja

- 1 Cucharada de vinagre blanco

- Agua, la medida de un vaso

Preparación

1.-. Lavamos bien las fresas, retiramos los tallos y las desinfectamos por 10 minutos colocándolas en agua con una cucharada de vinagre blanco.

2.- Una vez transcurrido el tiempo, lavamos las fresas, las cortamos en trozos y las vertemos en la licuadora.

3.- Lavamos la mitad de la manzana, la cortamos en trocitos y los colocamos en la licuadora.

4.- Exprimimos el limón, le agregamos el agua y licuamos por espacio de 10 segundos.

I like your drinks, but I think I have to replace the strawberry with beetroot or any other fruit. Strawberries are very expensive here and you have to find them.
