Happy FriYAY π Wishing y'all a wonderful weekend ahead π Thankfully, it's a regular day for me. By that I mean, nothing out of the ordinary happened. Whew! That also means it's boring with no exciting happenings. That's just fine as I'm just going with the flow at the moment. πβ€οΈπ‘ It's also warmer today compared to the past few days. I think the changing weather affects a number of folks and brings about colds and cough. I'm glad I hardly go out so I have limited interactions with other folks. Whew! π
One more work day for me before I officially can claim it to be my weekend. I think it's time to switch to weekend mode tonight though. I miss that excited feeling. I think I have not expressed that in a while. π
Tonight, the online selling neighbors closed really late (around almost seven in the evening). I'm pissed when that happens as the kitties and I have this daily routine that includes my early evening walk, kitties' feeding time, and watering plants in the garden. As a result, I made revisions to my routines that it actually resulted to more steps for me. πThat I suppose is one example of finding the good in an otherwise inconvenient situation. π

Let's just say let's believe that each of our lives has a higher meaning and purpose. Believe that everything happens for a reason, even if we do not see or understand it at the present moment. From my perspective, I look at it as some form of lesson that's being presented to me. My question then becomes, what am I supposed to learn from this experience? Adopting that attitude helps me to avoid worrying about the future. Taking things as they come is slowly becoming a habit for me. I do plan ahead as much as I can, but I leave room for those happenings that are not within my control. I guess that's the best I can do right now. π€ With that, I'm just going to think that the story is not yet over. It is still being written. π

Royal Palace of Cambodia. Looking back to that Cambodia trip with my daughter from five years ago. This was before the world went to shits. π Glad I had that final international travel before life happened. I do miss having her around, but a part of me is glad she is in Barcelona and learning to live independently of me. π It's been almost two years since she left. I suppose she's still adjusting there, but from her stories, it seems that way of living is much better where she is right now. At my age, I don't think I'd still want to try anything new. I suppose I'm quite content with where I am at the moment, although I still dream of having my own place, preferably away from the crowded city. πβ€οΈπ‘ One day at a time... if it's meant to be, it will be. Inshallah!
Fourteen more days to go. Oh yeah, two full weeks, and then Halloween is here. π I'm looking forward to a possible two days off during that time. π€ It's been a while since I enjoyed a longer day off. I do wish I only work five days a week. π
It's that time of the week for sharing the LL coop link promotion earnings. I'm glad I got slightly more this week. Right now I'm halfway to reaching $4 on LL. My aim is to reach another payout asap.
Thankfully, hive-engine seems to be working just fine, and I was able to stake 100 ALIVE tokens once again. That brings my total to 48.8K staked (plus 23K delegated). I'm aiming to reach 75K AP.
