Magandang buhay :)
We have become addicted to the nuts and trail mixes and we have to have them in the house, so before the last bag of our favorite nibbles went empty, we took a quick drive to the other town yesterday, for it's where we can get some. We also needed to pick up some garden hose rolls, and check the old man (my father-in-law).

We were happy he was doing well. He was actually preparing for an evening service with his churchmates, so we bade adieu after the LilGuy had a few moments to enjoy sniffing on things along the roadside.

The drive was needed, as we felt we had been cooped up inside the house for some days (blaming the cold weather for that, haha!). But joking aside, it was a nice break.
Anyway, it's another chilly morning in DD. And it's a Thursday, which means SSC (Slothly Savers Club) Day. There's one I learned, we can only set ONE (single) recurring transfer to an account. Hence, I had to change my setup, because this main account couldn't process two recurring (for both HIVE and HBD) to my savings account. The liquid HIVE now comes from my Leo alt account. So at least that is all set for now.
For the week, we added 4 HIVE and 4 HBD, some done manually as we only setup 3 recurrent transfers for every 7 days. The savings wallet has now 10 HIVE and 9 HBD. It feels so slow, but that's the beauty of working towards certain goals with a timeframe. We avoid getting overwhelmed.
| YE Target | Current | Last Week | |
|---|---|---|---|
| HIVE | 500 | 10 | 6 |
| HBD | 200 | 9 | 5 |
We just got started and we have 11 months to go, so there is no rush. We take our our, but we are not going to feel complacent and just sit back. If we get to achieve what we set before the year ends, then it's even better, because we would welcome the holidays without having to chase numbers😊
So that's all for today and happy saving!
