An early start to the day.
In the morning, I went early to the doctor’s dispensary to get number for today’s appointment. The numbering works on first come first serve basis. The dispensary is 15 minutes by walk. I walked to and fro.
Once home, my sister took mom to the dispensary.
Later, i went out to buy medicines.
Throughout the day, i also added steps walking indoors.
Completing 9000+ steps for the day.
