A friend's coffee

A few days ago I communicated with a friend of mine who started a new job. It was really a 180-degree change, because he used to work as an IT specialist in my company, and now he is working as a barista in a coffee shop located in Vedado, Havana. He told me that making this decision was quite difficult, because he felt a lot of family pressure to make this "unexpected" turn.
The place where my friend works is called Cafezillo, and since he knows how much I enjoy a good coffee, he invited me to spend an afternoon there.

These are invitations that I never miss, not only for the possibility of tasting a cup of the delicious liquid, but also because supporting our loved ones is one of the moments that I do not let pass by. It gave me great satisfaction to see that now my friend is finally enjoying what he does, and that he has grown a lot as a person because he has learned to fight for the things he really wants.
The cafeteria is small, and at least in the afternoons it is very busy. They explain to me that many groups of young people usually go there because there is a university student residence nearby, so it becomes a perfect meeting point. In the place they sell fast food products and some snacks, but the specialty of the house are the coffees.

In Cafezillo I felt very relaxed and comfortable, because being located less than two blocks from the Malecón, the breeze is very pleasant.
I finally decided on a Frappuccino, my friend had just learned how to make them and wanted me to give my approval. And to my joy I had to congratulate him: his Frappuccino prepared with all the love in the world was a delight for me.
