Hello guys, how are you doing today? it's an amazing moment to share of my interesting experiences during summer visit to Arinta Waterfall, Ipole in Ekiti West local government of Ekiti state in Nigeria, it's one memory that's had to forget in a hurry. It was an interesting outreach with my girlfriends. I love exploring natural environment, Arinta Waterfall situated in Ipole-Iloro, the most quiet community in Ekiti West Local Government Area of Ekiti State, Nigeria with about 6 kilometers, northwest of Ikogosi Warm Spring.
Meanwhile, Ikogosi warm and cold springs has a unique phenomenon that has attracts thousands of makes tourists with warm temperature of 70°C at the source and 37°C at the confluence, while that of cold spring with a refreshingly cool. It's believed that the warm spring water has some healing properties such as easing aches and skin issues. Its environment and surrounding is such with a scenic beauty surrounded by amazing lush greenery and scenic landscapes where relaxation is never a second options because of its natural endowments.
Moreso, Arinta Waterfall has some key Key features such as seven cascades, this is a seven distinct layers, where each producing unique rhythms and sounds with a natural beauty surrounding, full of lush green forests, rugged hills, and beautiful landscapes. It also has a therapeutic properties as it's believed that the water have some healing properties, mostly for skin diseases. Mostly interestingly is its hiking and climbing where visitors do hike and climb the waterfall in order to explore its different layers, it's always enjoyable moment during hiking, mountain climbing, picnicking, and swimming in the waterfall
I couldn't hold myself but to start swimming, taking a dip in the natural warm spring pool that flows out as you are bathing. We made tour around, we explored forest surrounding the spring and the biodiversity, we made group of people enjoying a peaceful and beautiful picnic with their family and friends. That's how I had a beautiful outting at Ikogosi warm springs like never before, indeed the place is nice, quiet, good for picnic and relaxation. I can't wait to visit such amazing natural environment in my life.

Hola, chicos, ¿cómo estáis hoy? Es un momento increíble para compartir mis interesantes experiencias durante mi visita de verano a la cascada Arinta, en Ipole, en el gobierno local de Ekiti West, en el estado de Ekiti, en Nigeria. Es un recuerdo que no puedo olvidar. Fue una excursión muy interesante con mis amigas. Me encanta explorar el entorno natural. La cascada Arinta está situada en Ipole-Iloro, la comunidad más tranquila del área del gobierno local de Ekiti West, en el estado de Ekiti, Nigeria, a unos 6 kilómetros al noroeste de Ikogosi Warm Spring.
Por su parte, las aguas termales y frías de Ikogosi presentan un fenómeno único que atrae a miles de turistas, con una temperatura cálida de 70 °C en el manantial y de 37 °C en la confluencia, mientras que las aguas frías son refrescantes. Se cree que el agua termal tiene propiedades curativas, como aliviar dolores y problemas de la piel. Su entorno y sus alrededores son de una belleza paisajística, rodeados de una exuberante vegetación y paisajes pintorescos, donde la relajación es una opción ineludible gracias a sus dotes naturales.
Además, la cascada Arinta tiene algunas características clave, como siete cascadas, que son siete capas distintas, cada una de las cuales produce ritmos y sonidos únicos con una belleza natural que la rodea, llena de frondosos bosques verdes, colinas escarpadas y hermosos paisajes. También tiene propiedades terapéuticas, ya que se cree que el agua tiene algunas propiedades curativas, principalmente para enfermedades de la piel. Lo más interesante es el senderismo y la escalada, donde los visitantes pueden caminar y escalar la cascada para explorar sus diferentes capas. Siempre es un momento agradable durante el senderismo, el alpinismo, los picnics y los baños en la cascada.
No pude evitar empezar a nadar, sumergiéndome en la piscina natural de aguas termales que fluye mientras te bañas. Hicimos un recorrido, exploramos el bosque que rodea el manantial y la biodiversidad, y formamos un grupo de personas que disfrutaban de un tranquilo y hermoso picnic con sus familiares y amigos. Así fue como disfruté de una hermosa excursión a las aguas termales de Ikogosi como nunca antes, de hecho, el lugar es agradable, tranquilo, ideal para hacer un picnic y relajarse. No puedo esperar a volver a visitar un entorno natural tan increíble en mi vida.
