Anxiety at 1000 miles per hour, but ...

We are still standing, despite the uncertainty.

This year 2026, we find ourselves with emotions at the limit of uncertainty, fear, tiredness and many unanswered questions. The resolutions were put on pause and anxiety became part of the day to day.

How to survive the uncertainty? It is not to deny what we feel, but how to move. To breathe, to dose the information, to take care of the body and the soul, is to live one day or one minute at a time creating your destiny, assuming your own decisions and understanding that they will not always be good.

Sometimes the blows in a row tire us out and make us think that it's no longer worth waiting for. Instead, we should be moved by this: hope is to keep going, even when reality squeezes. There are no magic formulas to avoid being robbed of hope because that is if we have a faith and certainty that all this will happen that we are not alone, that we are millions of people feeling the same.

There are many days of emotional ups and downs, I have run into friends, family who tell me "I don't know how I feel", sometimes it's not apathy, it's accumulated tiredness.

Most of the people who stay in my country, I think we have not lost our minds because we have it well attached to the body. Incredibly at this point it is still almost a taboo to talk about mental health, when at the moment it is necessary and even a priority to give it the importance it requires.

Of course, it is knowing how to recognize and accept to what extent our body and mind can consume news and sensitive content. I'm not talking about isolating ourselves from reality, or looking the other way as if nothing is happening, or not giving importance to what really has it... It is to take care of thoughts and emotions so as not to collapse and to be able to move on.

We have had very intense news days, that's why it's worth being cautious. I think that somehow the good ones are more and in that way we are sustaining ourselves.
We have learned to know how to take breaks for the consumption of content of what is happening in Venezuela, because that also takes its toll on us, it is to wait carefully because not everything that weighs is visible and hope can also be calm, because it even knows how to wait in silence.

How about using uncertainty to act? So that everyone can act and decide what their contribution will be to raise up this country again.

Let's take care of each other please. We are in shock, yes, that is a phase of acceptance. Let's hope that everything ends up being resolved with good. I say goodbye with deep pain to the spaces that were my refuge, to the people who supported me, to my friends, I'm going slowly because I'm proactive, I do everything in advance and cautiously because to achieve what you want you must be attentive to the details and at the same time to the whole.

Those who play with the enemy have fun but don't win. Tick tock from time to time.

How hard the goodbyes are. Feeding these Australian parakeets relaxes me a lot.
