The one who experiences lives ...

in Reflections9 days ago

Today I'm sharing something that I also tell myself:

They made us believe that if you love your job, you won't work anymore. But even in what we love... there is also tiredness, frustration and doubts, there is surrender.

Work shouldn't be your whole life. Not your only source of joy. Don't beat yourself up for not always being motivated.

Sometimes taking care of yourself is just saying: this is exhausting me too. So to give up is not always to stop doing it. Sometimes, it's just the opposite. Active surrender is part of trust, and trust is, understanding that there is a part that it is up to you to decide, move forward, give the best.

And another part that it's life's turn to open paths, surprise you and show you what you still can't see.

It's about letting go of control without abandoning the commitment. It is to be able to act from calm, not from anxiety.

For which, it is important then, to keep doing, but without pushing your healthy and intelligent limits, we are the only ones responsible and caretakers of our mental and emotional health.

Letting go is one of the most courageous acts we can do: accept the pain, embrace the uncertainty and still keep walking. Because in that void that remains, even if it seems dark at first, is where the light of something new begins to be born.

It is to trust in time, in oneself, and in the fact that life, with its wise way of moving pieces, has something better prepared. Sometimes letting go does not mean losing, but opening your hands to receive what you really deserve.

Active surrender is also trusting that if you are aligned, life does its part too. Do what you can with what you have.

Check where you are acting from: from the urgency or from the intention? Last but not least, give yourself moments of silence to listen to your own inner guidance.

Every situation you go through is an invitation to remember what you are made of, to recognize your greatness and to awaken new abilities.

There is no final chapter.

While you are here, there will always be a new page to write, from awareness and confidence in your own process.

"Examine, experience everything and keep the good" so at every moment, every experience even in situations of crisis...No you need to be something else. You just need to be yourself.

I think one of the things that causes us the most emotional problems is not knowing how to say NO without feeling guilty and without making a thousand enemies. Without a doubt, this is fundamental for us to relate less from self-esteem.

Maybe this makes sense to you too, we can always learn and improve.
