La verdad es que la ¨ciudad¨: donde vivo es realmente preciosa, y tenemos muchos lugares muy bellos para escoger donde caminar. En los últimos años, y después de la pandemia, se ven muchas más personas haciendo esta actividad deportiva y recreativa en las calles del microcentro.
The truth is that the ¨city¨: where I live is truly beautiful, and we have many lovely places to choose from for walking. In recent years, and after the pandemic, many more people are seen doing this sport and recreational activity in the streets of the city center.

Esta semana hemos caminado por un ¨barrio¨: muy particular de la ciudad; este tiene una ubicación privilegiada y, gracias a eso, los artistas escogen este lugar para plasmar sus obras. Si bien es muy normal caminar por las calles céntricas y dar con preciosos murales, aquí los artistas aprovecharon los frentes de los edificios para hacer sus obras de arte; eso es lo que hace tan especial a este espacio habitacional.
This week we walked through a ¨neighborhood: A very unique aspect of the city, this area boasts a prime location, making it a favorite spot for artists to create their works. While it's common to encounter beautiful murals while strolling through the city center, here the artists have taken advantage of building facades to create their art; this is what makes this residential space so special.

Como esta mañana tuve que presentarme en un nosocomio que queda a un par de cuadras de allí, una vez que nos hemos desocupado, aprovechamos la cercanía para caminar hasta este encantador lugar y hacer nuestra acostumbrada actividad en esta preciosa ¨plazoleta¨: . La verdad es que el barrio es bastante grande, y si eres un apasionado del arte, es donde querrás caminar, para disfrutar de la belleza artística mientras disfrutas de tu actividad favorita.
Since I had to go to a hospital a couple of blocks away this morning, once we were free, we took advantage of the proximity to walk to this charming place and do our usual activity in this beautiful ¨plazoleta¨: . The truth is that the neighborhood is quite large, and if you are passionate about art, it is where you will want to walk, to enjoy the artistic beauty while enjoying your favorite activity.

No creo que haga falta mencionar los atributos y los beneficios para las personas al hacer al menos media hora de caminata al día, sobre todo si tienes un espacio ¨recreativo¨: tranquilo como este. En este parque, además de los murales en los frentes de los edificios, hay una escultura dedicada al prócer que dio nombre al barrio, una persona que ha hecho mucho por la ciudad y es una manera de brindarle un homenaje. La verdad es que ha sido otra genial caminata.
I don't think it's necessary to mention the attributes and benefits for people of taking at least half an hour's walk a day, especially if you have a space ¨recreational¨: quiet like this. In this park, in addition to the murals on the building facades, there's a sculpture dedicated to the hero after whom the neighborhood is named, a person who has done so much for the city, and this is a way to pay him tribute. Primero que nada espero que tu salud esté estable, es lo más importante. Sé que tenés que hacer muchas visitas médicas. Espero todo esté bien y luego que hermoso recorrer la ciudad con vos, sobre todo esa hermosa plazoleta con el arte de fondo. Hermosa caminata!
Hola, querida amiga @avdesing, buenas tardes.
Nuestras caminatas por esta zona de la ciudad siempre resultan muy bien, sobre todo al visitar esta parte del barrio.
En cuanto a mis afecciones, gracias a Dios están controladas. La presión alta y la arritmia están controladas con la medicación, al igual que la diabetes. Mi nivel de azúcar se mantiene debajo de los 130; lo único que siempre me incomoda son las hernias lumbares y cervicales. En cuanto a la retinopatía, es irreversible y las cataratas aún no están muy avanzadas. Voy a estar bien por algún tiempo sin tener que operarme.

Me da un gran alivio saber eso, y espero el problema de piel también esté controlado. A veces muchas afecciones vienen de las preocupaciones y no es para menos. Abrazo!
Ahora que mencionas, en la misma zona, pero en el otro ojo apareció una pequeña mancha marrón; me tengo que hacer ver con un especialista, quiero anticiparme y que no pase como el anterior, que se formó un carcinoma. En ese sentido, me tengo que cuidar mucho
