Como todos los inicios de semana, tuve que asistir a algunos de mis compromisos médicos; para eso visitamos un hermoso ¨barrio¨: que se encuentra en el microcentro de la ciudad. En una de las calles de este encantador lugar hay una oficina que se ocupa de las autorizaciones, y era imprescindible visitarlo para obtener finalmente la autorización del estudio que he estado esperando hace tanto tiempo. Ahora solo resta esperar el día en que tengo que concurrir para hacer el estudio de mis ojos.
As with every start of the week, I had to attend to some of my medical appointments; for that, we visited a beautiful "barrio": located in the city center. On one of the streets of this charming place, there's an office that handles authorizations, and it was essential to visit it to finally get the authorization for the eye exam I've been waiting for for so long. Now all that's left is to wait for the day I have to go in for my eye exam.

Este es un ¨barrio¨: precioso con muchos lugares muy bellos para visitar, en especial cuando estás acompañado de tus seres queridos, ya que da una parte sobre la avenida costanera, un espacio encantador de la costa del lado norte del microcentro. En algunas otras oportunidades les había enseñado fotografías de los espacios recreativos que hay en esta zona de la ciudad.
This is a "barrio":beautiful neighborhood with many lovely places to visit, especially when you are with your loved ones, as it borders the waterfront avenue, a charming area on the north side of the city center. On some other occasions, I had shown them photographs of the recreational spaces in this area of the city.

En este ¨barrio¨: no hace mucho han restaurado una ¨institucion¨: publica; un organismo que se dedica a la enseñanza. La verdad es que el trabajo que han hecho en el lugar ha quedado precioso, y honestamente hacía falta que recuperaran este espacio, sobre todo porque cada vez hay más estudiantes. Lo que me encantó del lugar es que algunos artistas contribuyeron con sus trabajos, haciendo preciosos murales en los muros de ingresos de la "escuela".
In this "neighborhood":not long ago they restored a "institution": public; an organization dedicated to teaching. The truth is that the work they've done here is beautiful, and honestly, it was necessary to reclaim this space, especially since there are more and more students. What I loved about the place is that some artists contributed their work, creating beautiful murals on the walls of the "school's" entrance.

Tal como les menciono anteriormente, la obra ha sido creada en honor y homenaje a esta bella¨institucion¨: que hace mucho por la comunidad, especialmente por los jóvenes. El ¨artista¨: recreo en su obra imágenes que tienen que ver con el instituto y nuestra bella provincia. Esta ha sido otro maravilloso hallazgo, y me encanta compartir con todos los apasionados del "arte". Como la obra abarca dos paredes del ingreso del instituto, para que se pueda apreciar la obra, tuve que unir los tramos.
As I mentioned before, this artwork was created in honor and tribute to this beautiful "institution": which does so much for the community, especially for young people. The "artist": recreated images related to the institute and our beautiful province in his work. This has been another wonderful discovery, and I love sharing it with all art enthusiasts. Since the artwork covers two walls of the institute's entrance, I had to join the sections so that it could be fully appreciated.

First of all, I’m glad you’ve managed to get the go-ahead for that medical scan you need. There’s always so much to do, and these medical matters take longer than you’d think, so there’s nothing for it but to wait. And I must say, going for a walk in that neighbourhood afterwards and coming across that piece of art was wonderful. I love the fact that educational institutions are being restored and maintained, something that’s sorely needed for education itself and for the children and young people who attend them, but also that this artist has offered to help with the restoration.
The mural is beautiful, and I love that, as I understand it, it symbolises not only Argentina but also peace and education. Thank you, Luis, for bringing us this wonderfully crafted masterpiece. A big hug!🤗

Lo que está sucediendo con el arte en las calles de mi ciudad es impresionante. Los murales que están haciendo son preciosos.
Otra cosa a destacar de la ciudad son las obras que se están llevando a cabo en las escuelas. Muchas están siendo restauradas por completo.
Sí, finalmente conseguí que autorizaran el estudio; ahora falta que la institución que lo hace me designe un día. Lo conseguí gracias a mi insistencia, ya que estuve casi un año insistiendo.
Con este tema estoy indignado; más allá de la demora, me enoja mucho el abuso hacia el Estado. Ya que la factura que presentamos en el ministerio fue de 180 mil pesos argentinos, y la factura que hicieron para cobrar al Estado ha sido de 1 millón 31 mil pesos.
Esta es la verdadera explicación de por qué han demorado tanto en autorizar el estudio.

What's happening with street art in my city is amazing. The murals they're creating are beautiful.
Another thing worth mentioning about the city is the work being done in the schools. Many are being completely renovated.
Yes, I finally got the studio approved; now I just need the institution to schedule a day for me. I got it thanks to my persistence, since I spent almost a year trying.
I'm outraged about this whole situation; beyond the delay, I'm furious about the abuse of the state. The invoice we submitted to the ministry was for 180,000 Argentine pesos, and the invoice they issued to charge the state was for 1,031,000 pesos.
This is the real reason why it took so long to approve the studio.
