Bienvenidos a otro de mis ¨paseos¨: fotográficos. En esta oportunidad escogí un barrio para caminar que es todo un placer poder enseñárselos; este es de esos lugares con mucha historia y un ¨icono¨: de nuestra capital; quizás sea de los lugares más visitados que tiene nuestra ciudad.
Welcome to another of my photo walks. This time I chose a neighborhood to walk through that I'm delighted to show you; this is one of those places with a lot of history and an icon of our capital city; it's perhaps one of the most visited places in our city.

Este ¨barrio¨: es uno de los primeros en construirse; muy cerca de este lugar es donde desembarcaron por primera vez los "guaraníes" cuando llegaron a nuestras tierras. Si bien es un barrio que se trata de conservar las casas de épocas, siempre hay alguien que consigue una autorización para demoler y construir nuevas edificaciones. Por suerte, hay muchas construcciones de ¨antiguas¨: que perduran el paso del tiempo.
This "neighborhood": is one of the first to be built; very close to this place is where the "Guaraní" people first landed when they arrived in our lands. Although it is a neighborhood that tries to preserve the houses from bygone eras, there is always someone who gets permission to demolish and build new buildings. Luckily, there are many "old": buildings that have withstood the test of time.

Quizás sea uno de los lugares que más ha cambiado desde sus inicios; comenzó siendo un barrio humilde y se ha transformado en uno de los más ¨cotizados¨: . El paso del tiempo ha sido esencial en el crecimiento inmobiliario; la mezcla de estilos de construcciones de época y viviendas verticales crea un paisaje urbano encantador. Lo que hace que esta parte de la ciudad luzca preciosa es, sin dudas, la presencia natural en sus calles.
Perhaps it's one of the places that has changed the most since its beginnings; it started as a humble neighborhood and has transformed into one of the most "sought out":. The passage of time has been essential to its real estate growth; the mix of period building styles and high-rise housing creates a charming urban landscape. What makes this part of the city look beautiful is, without a doubt, the natural presence in its streets.

Lo que me gusta de nuestras caminatas ¨fotográficas¨: es la cercanía y conexión con la naturaleza; los paseos en esta área de la ciudad son gratificantes, además de renovadores. Qué genial es haber regresado a esta parte del microcentro para hacer nuestras caminatas de los días miércoles.
What I love about our walks:"photographic":is the closeness and connection with nature; the walks in this area of the city are rewarding, as well as refreshing. How great it is to have returned to this part of the city center for our Wednesday walks.
