Hello Everyone
Welcome to my blog.
I specially welcome you to my entry to the comedy club house contest week six.
I love rainfall maybe it's because I was born in the raining season.
Anyways there are times I really appreciate rainfall, infact I pray for it to rain.
Because you will have that legit excuse "ah it is raining oo or it rained oo"
I could remember when I was little when my mom will wake us up early morning to go to farm.
I and my siblings could make a little prayer for it to rain, so we could cancel going to the farm that day.
And whenever it starts raining after preparing to go to farm we will be extremely happy while my mom will be sad and unhappy because to her, that day has gone to waste.
I was little so, I wouldn't understand my mom, now I am grown, I definitely understand my mom's worries.
Don't blame us too much Sha, at least we try to work whenever we have strength.
It's laziness and inability to say no to her that makes us pray for rain, and the rain could also make her to rest for the day too.
Even devoted church members pray for rain to fall on Sunday morning.
So who am I?
How did I know this?
Our Reverend was preaching and made an example with it, saying most people do pray for rain to fall on Sunday morning while he struggles to pray against the rain.
He didn't just assume this, he heard it as a joke from a church member.
I love the rain when I anticipate it to rain but when I am out and it starts raining.
That's when I start regretting my love for it.
Especially when I am not out with my umbrella and those prepared walking with their umbrella feeling like kings and queens.
Or when I had to walk barefoot in other not to spoil my shoes.
Or when I returned from work after waiting for the rain to reduce only to meet my house flooded.
In all, kudos to all those who leave the house prepared for the unplanned sudden rain because I don't but stop feeling like kings and queens please.
Thank you very much for stopping by my entry post.
Do enjoy the rest of your day.
