On this occasion, one of my main activities was cooking, the people who normally cook at my house are still unwell, and I am second at bat.
As you can see in the image, I made the effort to prepare something delicious and that in our region, because we are far from the coast, little is eaten, it is called a phosphorera, it is a typical seafood dish, or a concentrated seafood dish.
Of course it is not the same to eat it away from the coast as on the coast, it is another level, I say this for spice.
