Hola, mi gente linda de @needleworkmonday, una vez más por aquí con un nuevo proyecto. Espero que todos se encuentren bien y pasen una semana de bendiciones, alegrías y muchos proyectos.
Hoy les muestro cómo estuve realizando esta bonita camisa para mi princesa @arianna, en donde estuve aprendiendo a cómo hacer un cuello camisero y un nuevo tipo de escote como el que tienen las franelas, pero sin botones, es un modelo sencillo, pero que se luce muy bonito.
Para esta creación estuve utilizando una tela llamada Rib, la tenía comprada desde el año pasada, como tantas otras que están esperando que haga algo con ellas, je, je, je.
Usé el patrón de blusa básica sin pinzas, aunque la tela tiene elongación, no le aplique disminución a las medidas. Usé el patrón tal cual hasta el talle, para el delantero y trasero.
Además de los demás implementos necesarios en la costura, como ven en la imagen. Ahora si vamos con los primeros pasos de este proyecto, como fue marcar los patrones en la tela y cortar.
Para hacer el escote marque el centro con una línea de 10 cm y otras dos líneas a los laterales con 1,5 cm de separación e hice unas tiras de 14 cm de largo y de 6 cm de anchos ya doblada y las coloque como se ven en la imagen.
Se le pasa costura por el derecho de la tela y una vez cocido las dos partes se corta la tela por el medio y se voltean hacia adentro y ya se tiene este bonito escote, no sin antes hacerle unas terminaciones por dentro y queda con un bonito acabado.
La otra técnica que aprendí fue hacer el cuello, estuve viendo varias ideas y este me pareció el que tenía mas detalle, para esto tuve que medir todo lo que quedaba de cuello menos el centímetro de costura, en las fotos miran como hice el patrón y la verdad que queda bien ormado y bonito.
Me hubiera gustado quedara mas pulida la costura en la zona en donde termina el cuello, esa parte tiene acumulación de tela y es un proceso para que me quedara del todo alineada.
Yo quiero que me quede perfecto, pero vi que no soy la única que le pasa, hasta en las ropas de las tiendas, se puede ver este error, la verdad es que tratare de ver la manera de mejorarlo.
Otra técnica que utilice en esta prenda fue hacer el terminado del dobladillo corrugado o en forma de lechuga como le dicen, gracias a Dios que tengo un prensarelas que me ayudo mucho con este paso.
En la siza, si le hice un dobladillo normal, ya que no quedaba bien el terminado de abajo, porque de ese lado la tela no estira igual y después fue que me di cuenta que podía hacer el encartugado y luego pegarlo a la prenda, ya será para la próxima.
Por aquí les dejó fotos de mis bellas modelos, porque a Ámbar también le hice esa camiseta, que le quedó linda.

Learning new sewing techniques
Hello, my lovely people at @needleworkmonday, I'm back again with a new project. I hope you are all well and have a week full of blessings, joy, and lots of projects.
Today I'm going to show you how I made this pretty shirt for my princess @arianna, where I learned how to make a shirt collar and a new type of neckline like the ones on T-shirts, but without buttons. It's a simple design, but it looks very nice.
For this creation, I used a fabric called Rib, which I bought last year, like so many others that are waiting for me to do something with them, hehehe.
I used the basic blouse pattern without darts. Although the fabric has stretch, I did not reduce the measurements. I used the pattern as is up to the waist, for the front and back.
In addition to the other necessary sewing supplies, as you can see in the image. Now let's move on to the first steps of this project, which were marking the patterns on the fabric and cutting.
To make the neckline, I marked the center with a 10 cm line and two other lines on the sides with 1.5 cm of separation. I made strips 14 cm long and 6 cm wide, folded them, and placed them as shown in the image.
Sew along the right side of the fabric and, once the two parts are sewn together, cut the fabric in the middle and turn them inside out to create this beautiful neckline, but not before finishing the inside to give it a nice finish.
The other technique I learned was how to make the collar. I looked at several ideas and this one seemed to have the most detail. To do this, I had to measure everything that was left of the collar except for the centimeter of seam allowance. In the photos, you can see how I made the pattern, and the truth is that it looks well-formed and beautiful.
I would have liked the seam to be neater where the collar ends. That part has an accumulation of fabric, and it's a process to get it completely aligned.
I want it to be perfect, but I saw that I'm not the only one who has this problem. Even in store-bought clothes, you can see this mistake. The truth is that I'll try to find a way to improve it.
Another technique I used on this garment was to finish the hem with a ruffled or lettuce-shaped edge, as they call it. Thank God I have a hem presser foot, which helped me a lot with this step.
For the sizing, I did a normal hem, since the bottom finish didn't look good because the fabric doesn't stretch the same on that side. Later, I realized that I could do the pleating and then attach it to the garment, but that will be for next time.
