Good day friends! I feel happy having the opportunity to share my writing on today's prompt with everyone.
Theme: measure this
Mark was the most intelligent student in his class and because of this, almost everyone tried to make friends with him. During practicals or group/team works, everyone would always flood up trying to fix themselves into Mark's group.
Kane was one of Mark's best friends, they used to play soccer together after school and also lived near each other. That made them also walk back from school together and build up their bond. During a Physics practical where the teacher gave them a solid with the shape of a cuboid and told them to calculate the density of the material and submit it to him in one hour.
They were provided with every needed instrument as expected. Kane was lucky to fall into Mark's group, that was his wish or dream anyway. Now, since that was a group work, the tasks needed to be divided for quicker results. So in this case, Mark and some other persons in the group focused on the brain work trying to break down the complex formula needed for the final answer while Kane and few others focused on measuring the physical properties(parameters) of the object like length, breadth, width and mass needed to calculate density.
So from time to time, Mark would write out the parameters and hand it over to Kane and say, “Measure this.” Applying division of labor, “measure this while I do the solving,” went a long way to helping Mark's group obtain accurate results and on time.
Sometimes in life, all we need is strategy. Life can also be made easy by seeking for a helping hand, not everything needs a solo operation.
