Summer is almost ready to gone but still we feel heat when I've to work in kitchen especially, so it's time to finish the fruit which i mostly freeze in my refrigerated for making drinks in summer with fresh fruit as fresh fruits drinks are more energetic in summer.
Fresh Falsa (Grewia asiatica) juice!!!
Grewia asiatica are small purple berries which we commonly called here falsa, somewhere in india people used to say it Sherbat berries and everyone loves to drink it's juice.
I've the last plate of Falsa in my freezer so i put it out and separate the stick from it.
After separation the stick's i wash it with tap water and clean it properly.
Then i put it in the jug of blender juicer and add half glass of water in it.
Add one spoon of salt in to remove its sour taste as it's sour in taste so adding salt make it more better.
Add 2 spoon's of suger in it too because I added the quantity according to my juice quantity.
Then i start the blender juicer machine.
As it has seeds in it which can't mashed in the blender juicer so i put it in the sieve basket which has enough small pours which help me to stain it.
It takes some time to remove the seeds from it as it's concentrated solution because we only add little quantity of water.
When all the juice poured into the jug then we throw seeds in basket, some people don't use stainer but i think if we don't use stainer then seeds will cause trouble when we drink it.
Add two ice cubes in the glass and poured the juice in the glass and here it's ready in just 5 minutes.
