Hey Actifitters
We tried to get back into a little more activity yesterday. We started again with a walk with Sam in the morning, with a beautiful cold and sunny weather again.
It wasn't all frost like the day before, but clearly still on the chilly side.
Not a problem for Sam of course.
We followed the same easy trail. It's so convenient, literally just a couple minutes away.
And of course, a view on my favorite hills is never too far, even in the clouds.
In the afternoon, we started a second longer walk.
It led us to the historic part of the village and its old church.
And the cemetery. Even though I don't believe in any kind of after life, a quick stop there is a must to honor the people no longer with us.
We used a different route to get back, through some of these narrow historic pathways. It's very unique, I could never find anything similar in the US.
We made it back just in time for the sunset again. We've been quite lucky with the sunsets since I arrived here.
We finished the day with yet another dinner out with friends, another nice day for us and of course for Sam too!
Let's see if we can ramp up the activity a little more in the next few days. Snow is in the forecast, so hopefully a little skiing will be on the schedule too.
