You're right about that
They could have taken them to an orphanage or some government organizations who can work things out and help secure parent's who are in need and are ready to take charge.

There's a lot of of parent there who wish to have their own kids but can't, but some are just out there killing innocent baby (｡ŏ﹏ŏ)
