Throughout the afternoon, more steps accumulated naturally through errands and short breaks outdoors. Even without intensity, the flow felt balanced and restorative.

Breakfast: Oatmeal with cinnamon, banana, and a scoop of protein
Lunch: Grilled chicken with quinoa and sautéed vegetables
Dinner: Vegetable lentil soup with whole-grain bread
Clean, warm meals supported the lighter activity level and kept energy steady throughout the day.
💭 Reflection
