Rising Star - My Daily song choice, Daily Rising Star statistics and giveaway of 150,000 starbits - Corazón: Los Autenticos Decadentes

In this space I will be giving away STARBITS, sharing my experience with a song, telling how I discovered it, and providing interesting information about it. Then I will include several tables with statistics of the Rising Star game.

Starting in May, I started to create a playlist to keep track of the last songs I commented on in my posts. It will be useful for me not to doubt if I had already talked about a song before or not. The last song is No More?'s of the american artist Eazy-E.

My song of choice on Spotify for today's post is Corazon of the argentine group Los Autenticos Decadentes.

This band has been part of several moments during my childhood. One of the few memories, I have of my grandfather before he passed away, is singing a very famous song of this group that says: Porque yo, No quiero trabajar, No quiero ir a estudiar, No me quiero casar, Quiero tocar la guitarra todo el día y que la gente se enamore de mi voz (Because I don't want to work, I don't want to go to school, I don't want to get married, I want to play the guitar all day long and people fall in love with my voice). Also, “La Guitarra” was the first song I knew of the group.

My second memory of my childhood, was when I was nine years old and in carnivals they played in a square in Moron that was packed with thousands of people. I remember they played iconic songs like “Los Piratas”.

More recently, I listened to the group again after discovering a collaboration they did with the renowned Mexican artist Julieta Venegas in the song “A mi no me importa el dinero”.

Corazón is one of the best known songs of Los Autenticos Decadentes, it was released for the album “Mi vida loca” released in 1995. It has 100 million plays on Spotify and 28 million on Youtube.

The new format will be similar to the one we used some time ago, using the Hive Tools application.
