Hola hola amigos de @fulldeportes es un gusto estar una vez mas por acá, hace rato que pasaba porque hace rayo que no me grababa jeje sigo con el celular dañado y grabarme con la camara principal no es mi fuerte jeje sin embargo esta semana decidí volver a grabarme y les quiero compartir esta rutina poderosa de cuerpo completo en la que solo necesitaran una mancuerna y una cuerda, que esta ultima si no la tienen pueden cambiar eos saltos de cuerda por saltos de tijera
Esta rutina me encanta porque trabajamos el cuerpo completo, esta ideal para arrancar la semana, por eso se las comparto hoy🔥

My phone is still broken, and recording with the main camera isn’t my strong suit, haha. However, this week I decided to start recording again, and I want to share this powerful full-body workout with you—all you’ll need is a dumbbell and a jump rope. If you don’t have a jump rope, you can swap the rope jumps for scissor jumps.
I love this routine because it works the whole body; it’s perfect for kicking off the week, which is why I’m sharing it with you today 🔥
