Three birds in the morning [Eng/Esp]

I don't think you always get the chance to take pictures of domestic turkeys; in fact, I had no idea there were domestic turkeys near my house, but the neighbors across the street had them, and now I understand why I sometimes heard those strange sounds turkeys make. When I left my house, I saw them and had to go back inside to get my camera. Luckily, when I came back out, they were still there, and since there were two of them, I took a couple of pictures. A rooster that also belongs to my neighbors snuck into the shot as well. I hope you enjoy these photos.

Creo que no siempre se tiene la oportunidad de hacer fotografías a pavos domésticos; es más, no tenía idea de que había pavos domésticos cerca de mi casa, pero los vecinos del frente los tenían y ahora entiendo por qué escuchaba a veces esos sonidos raros que hacen los pavos. En un momento que salí de mi casa, los vi y tuve que entrar a buscar mi cámara y, por suerte, al salir seguían allí y, como eran dos, hice un par de fotografías; además, también se coló un gallo que también es de mis vecinos. Espero que disfruten de estas fotografías.

If you ask me, I don't think they're particularly striking animals, but they are impressive because of their plumage. I mean, when they spread their feathers, you can definitely appreciate a different kind of beauty than when they look like they usually do. That's why I tried to wait for the right moment to take the photographs, but it never came. They were walking calmly, and that's what I photographed: a peaceful walk and a rooster that was crowing every minute. Of course, I didn't mention it, but these photographs were taken at the beginning of the day.

Si me lo preguntan, no me parecen animales tan vistosos, pero sí que son impresionantes por su plumaje, quiero decir, cuando estos extienden sus plumas sin duda se aprecia una belleza distinta a cuando están en su aspecto de siempre, por eso intenté esperar el momento adecuado para hacer las fotografías, pero nunca llegó, estaban tranquilamente caminando y fue lo que fotografié, una caminata tranquila y un gallo que a ca minuto estaba cantando, porque claro, no lo mencioné, estas fotografías fueron empezando el día.

When developing the photographs, I focused on highlighting the colors, because these subjects were in a house under construction; so the colors are quite grayish, but this helped the colors of their feathers and the skin on their faces stand out, so I tried to accentuate these a little more. I would say that I really liked these photographs, and the rooster, standing on a mound of earth, also stood out quite a bit against the sky in the background.

Para el revelado de las fotografías me centré en destacar los colores, porque estos protagonistas se encontraban en una casa en construcción; por ende, los colores son bastante grisáceos, pero esto ayudaba justo a que los colores de sus plumas y la piel de su rostro destacaran, por lo que intenté acentuar un poco más estos y diría que son unas fotografías que me gustaron bastante y el gallo, al estar en un montículo de tierra, también destacó bastante con el cielo al fondo.
