My Actifit Report Card: February 14 2026

I did my long run after my parkrun, which made for a big activity count. The parkrun was 5km in zone 4 about 25 minutes. Then my long run with a bit of walking was 90 minutes in zone 2.

My overall kilometres were a bit down for the week, but my hive is going up and just cracked the 30k
