<centeUtilizing leftover bread into a delicious dish must definitely make us rack our brains to utilize it into a preferred dish. Of course, with makeshift ingredients and certainly easy to prepare, it becomes a must at home.
This time is a simple dish for my dinner, I have leftover bread from yesterday's breakfast from my husband. I plan to use it as a simple dinner for him when he comes home from work later.
Chese Corn Sandwich
Chese Corn Sandwich is a simple dish of fresh bread topped with a generous layer of corn and cheese. The flavor is spectacular even though the process of making it is very easy. This recipe is prepared by grilling, you can bake it in the oven or airfryer all according to your choice. But to make it easy, I prepared it in the oven on a wide baking sheet.

1 corn
To taste mozzarella cheese
10 grams of chedar cheese
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of condensed milk

Look at the result it is very pretty and also the aroma is very fragrant, the spectacular aroma of corn is irresistible. I am hungry but again I will enjoy it later with my husband at dinner. A glass of warm milk and a fresh slice of papaya with this sandwich will definitely make him smile with satisfaction.

When dinner time came I tasted it oh it was so delicious. The combination of sweet corn with cheese makes it a super dish. Sweet and savory with a touch of cheese does not make it salty at all. So adding a little salt to the corn was my right choice. It was so perfect that my husband was so happy that he even asked me to repeat this breakfast recipe for him tomorrow morning.
