Greetings dear actifitters and alivers on the hive blockchain, great to have you all onboard the actifit fitness community.
Since I understand the benefits of burning down calories in the body I decided to take a walk, engage in the sanitation cleaning exercises and engage in physical fitness activities.
One of this physical exercises is walking within Ikot Ekwere. Since today us the last Saturday of the month of January 2026, the village head gave an order that everyone in the community should come together to clean the road taking advantage of the sanitation day.
It was fun to see greater numbers of the residents troop out with their machetes to join hands together to clean the community.
Both the male and female fork were all seen busy cutting and clearing out the debris.
The unity in the work really speaks volumes as the street looks neat within few hour.
It was surprise to see such because it has been a long time practice even though it seems to have been forgotten with the passage of time.
In fact those who want to go out that early saw the seriousness attached to the work hence they took part.
The youth had to block the road to avoid movement.
Meanwhile when I walk to the other street I noticed some guys there took advantage of the few hours sanitation exercise to engage in sporting activities.
This becomes a different thing for different forks.
It was really nice as the streets now looks nokeat and tidy.
At the end of the day's work I walk back home again and this fitness health walk help me to record over 5000 steps.
On getting home I feel tired and quickly move to the bathroom and have a cool bath.
The over 5000 steps helped me to burn down calories and I hereby report same in my Actifit Report Card.
