Saludos, estimados gamers que dan vida a #HiveGaming. Hoy me siento resignada y también algo frustrada luego de dedicarme a jugar unas cuantas partidas de LoL e intentando subirle la maestría a mi tan apreciado Varus Buscacorazones.
Greetings, fellow gamers who bring #HiveGaming to life. Today, I feel resigned and also somewhat frustrated after playing a few games of LoL and trying to increase the mastery of my beloved Heartseeker Varus.
Sigo sin entender por qué me tocan tan seguido jugadores que, además de ser altamente tóxicos al hablar por el chat de texto, no ayudan ni colaboran para ganar la partida, mientras que abogan que juegan de manera perfecta y profesional, y a su vez acusan a uno de hacerlo mal.
Desde ayer estoy intentando levelear a Varus y nada, que no lo logro como con otros campeones, de manera relativamente rápida, ya que sólo obtengo derrotas gracias a jugadores bastante fastidiosos que se fijan en cuántos campeones enemigos logro matar y en la función real que tengo designada en el juego.
I still don't understand why I keep getting matched with players who, besides being incredibly toxic in text chat, don't help or contribute to winning the game, while simultaneously claiming they play perfectly and professionally, and then accusing me of playing badly.
Since yesterday, I've been trying to level up Varus, and nothing's working. I can't seem to level up as quickly as with other champions; I just keep getting losses thanks to really annoying players who focus on how many enemy champions I kill and on my actual role in the game.
Luego de un largo camino y a duras penas, logré subir a maestría 9, pudiendo haber alcanzado el nivel 10 si los jugadores que me tocaban en dichas partidas hubieran sido decentes, cordiales y hubieran querido jugar realmente.
El último que me tocó fue el que me agotó la paciencia. Un jugador de nivel 743 con maestría 43 al usar a Katarina y que además tiene un nivel de clasificatoria Esmeralda 1, lo que desde mi punto de vista lo cataloga como Profesional.
After a long and arduous journey, I finally reached Mastery 9, and I could have reached level 10 if the players I faced in those matches had been decent, courteous, and genuinely interested in playing.
The last one I faced was the one that pushed me to my limit. A level 743 player with Mastery 43 using Katarina, who also had an Emerald 1-ranked skill level, which, in my opinion, qualifies him as a professional.
Pero no, este jugador quiso jugar como todo un tarado, ya que nunca avanzó en el carril central ni destruyó las torretas enemigas. Además, intenté ayudarlo en 2 ocasiones y me salía con la incógnita, como acusándome: ¿qué era lo que hacía?
Llegó un momento en el que me molesté porque seguía sin avanzar y sin ayudar a nivel general al grupo. Según ella (porque me dio a entender que es mujer), me acusó de estar haciendo mi trabajo como jungla, ya que estaba haciéndolo todo mal. Y hasta donde sé, ella nunca se acercó al dragón ni a la jungla como tal. Así que tal vez jugaba en un universo paralelo.
But no, this player wanted to play like a complete idiot, since she never moved in the mid lane or destroyed any enemy turrets. What's more, I tried to help her twice, and she kept asking me what I was doing, almost accusing me.
At one point, I got really annoyed because she still wasn't making any progress or helping the group in any way. According to her (because she implied she was a woman), she accused me of doing my job as a jungler, since I was doing everything wrong. And as far as I know, she never even went near the dragon or the jungle itself. So maybe she was playing in a parallel universe.

También resaltó el hecho de que venía de haber pasado 8 ligas clasificatorias, a lo que le respondí que, para serle honesta, no se le notaba nada de esa "experiencia" que ella decía tener, ya que su desempeño en la partida que jugó conmigo fue realmente un asco.

Then she reacted offensively, and thanks to her, we lost because they attacked through the mid lane. So she turns out to be one of the many toxic players I've encountered and reported without success because I keep seeing them play, and they never get punished.
In my case, when I play jungle, I focus on securing the monsters, both the dragon and baron, as quickly as possible, and also, if the situation calls for it, when moving between lanes, I help out my teammates, but in this game, I lost all desire to continue playing with them.

Así que luego de haber obtenido tantas derrotas entre ayer y hoy con Varus y luego con Maestro Yi, me cansé. Tiré la toalla y descansaré de League of Legends unos días para que se me pase la impotencia y la mala racha de partidas perdidas.
Es por eso que mis avances en esta ocasión no son muchos. Básicamente fueron nulos, pero si algo sigo teniendo es mi vicio y mis ganas de seguir mejorando a pesar de. Mi nivel de honor en el juego es alto; no he llegado a 5, pero tengo tiempo en el nivel 4, un nivel antes del máximo, así que no logro entender por qué me tocan jugadores sin ganas de jugar.
So, after suffering so many defeats yesterday and today with Varus and then Master Yi, I'm fed up. I've thrown in the towel, and I'm going to take a break from League of Legends for a few days to let the frustration and the losing streak subside.
That's why my progress this time around isn't much. Basically, it's been nonexistent, but if there's one thing I still have, it's my passion and my desire to keep improving despite everything. My honor level in the game is high; I haven't reached level 5 yet, but I've been at level 4 for a while, one level below the maximum, so I can't understand why I keep getting matched with players who don't seem to want to play.
