Hi Friends!
Yesterday we had a very hot day in Poland - over 34 degree Celsius in the shadow. The air was heavy and full of moist like in the jungle... it was almost sure that it has to end up with lightning storm.
It came around 7PM moving fast from southern direction.
Shelf cloud in front of it looked amazing but also very dangerous.
This storm had tropical character - it was sudden, brutal but short. Extremely strong winds and walls of rain came by just after the frontline cloud.
Lightning striked really close few times - it was crazy but lasts around 10-15 minutes.
I knew that I have a chance to capture the back of the storm when it will pass away. I went to the nearest open fields to hunt for some lightnings, but the storm was too far already.
It was a sunset time so the light was breath taking, the colours, smell of the air, fresh and much colder temperature dropped down around 10 degree.
I didn't have luck this time but I really enjoyed this evening session after such a hot day and crazy storm.
To capture the last light I drove to the nearest lake called Bartazek... it was quite late already but the sky was still magical.
I hope You will enjoy the gallery from that day :).
Thanks for reading, cheers!
