Four in the afternoon.
The jukebox hides behind screens
a girl with legs spread
and bare breasts covered in tattoos.
I take a sip of coffee,
thinking about the last time
I bit your lips.
I take another sip — I need to stop thinking —,
the jukebox changes its melody,
the girl with bare breasts
holds butterflies between her legs,
lights a cigarette,
her face changes color.
Everything turns black and white;
everything,
except you.
I just bit my lips
and the coffee gets cold,
I order another.
I tell the girl: Stop.
She turned her gaze with swallows in her eyes — she wasn't the one with the tattoos
but the one with the coffee —.

Now I remember
that I was going to write
about Lina de Feria's equidistant face,
but I got lost in your legs,
your breasts,
and the taste of coffee
between your lips.

Cuatro de la tarde.
La vitrola esconde entre mamparas
a una chica de piernas abiertas
y pecho con tatuajes al desnudo.
Bebo un sorbo de café,
pienso en la última ocasión
cuando mordí tus labios.
Bebo otro sorbo
—necesito dejar de pensar—,
la vitrola cambia su melodía,
la chica de los senos desnudos
sostiene mariposas entre sus piernas,
prende un cigarro,
su rostro cambia de color.
Todo se torna blanco y negro;
todo,
menos tú.
Acabo de morderme los labios
y el café se enfría,
pido otro.
Le digo a la chica: Basta.
Giró la mirada con golondrinas en los ojos
—no era la de los tatuajes
sino la del café —.

Ahora recuerdo
que iba a escribir
sobre el rostro equidistante de Lina de Feria,
pero me perdí en tus piernas,
tus senos
y el sabor del café
entre tus labios.
